The “Luxury Digital Law Series” is a five-webinars initiative focusing on current issues related to the luxury industry and its digital expansion. The Series is part of the Continuing Legal Education Programs and addresses hot topics such as Branding Luxury in the Digital World, E-Commerce and Virtual Reality, Blockchain and Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence and Privacy, Influencers and Marketing. Each session features high-profile speakers from legal practice, business, and academia, and addresses the topics at issue in an interactive format.
The “Luxury Digital Law Series” is designed for professionals (not limited to the legal community) who are interested in issues related to the production, distribution, marketing, and protection of luxury products and the opportunities and challenges that arise in the digital world. The Series aims at creating a forum to discuss these issues in Geneva, a city that enjoys a privileged position as international hub for luxury, and internationally, as the luxury industry is one of the most important industries today at a global level. The Digital Law Center will continue this important discussion with additional programs in the future.
