Cette conférence, organisée par le LexTech Institute, vise à explorer les mécanismes de résolution des litiges sur les plateformes de médias sociaux. Ces plateformes, conçues comme des espaces d’interactions où s’échange rapidement l’information, génèrent de nombreux litiges qu’il faut résoudre par le biais de moyens innovants, rapides et équitables.

Lors de cette journée, nous examinerons comment la résolution des litiges s’est adaptée aux défis posés par les médias sociaux, en mettant l’accent sur les droits humains, les garanties procédurales, les approches législatives et sur l’utilisation de la justice décentralisée dans la modération des contenus. En tant que plateforme d’échange pluridisciplinaire, cette conférence offre une occasion unique de réfléchir au rôle qu’ont à jouer les plateformes de médias sociaux et les législateurs dans la régulation de la parole en ligne.
