Addressed to professionals and students alike, this course relies on contributions by experienced counsels and arbitrators and tackles specialised problems arising in the practice of international arbitration. Topics this year include: drafting of arbitration clauses, selection and challenge of arbitrators, conduct of arbitral proceedings, online arbitration, third-party funding, and confidentiality in arbitration proceedings.
