This short course addresses specialised problems arising in the practice of international arbitration. This year’s edition will be devoted to problems related to the conduct of arbitration proceedings and financing of arbitral proceedings.

Day 1 (Thursday May 25)

- Financing of arbitration

- Third-party funding of arbitration
