The course addresses recent trends and developments in the practice of philanthropy from a Swiss, American and Liechtenstein perspective.
The legal framework and legal forms available for philanthropic projects will be discussed in addition to issues on the constitution, conduct and principles to be observed for donations and support. The course will also address regulatory and taxation issues from an international and comparative perspective and provide insights regarding financial management and investment strategy.
