About the conference: The dispute resolution mechanisms of the WTO and investment treaty arbitration are two of the most successful developments in international economic law. Although they are fundamentally different, on closer inspection, there are many areas of convergence. This conference will hear the views of the practitioners.

15:00 – 18:00 Three interactive panel discussions on topics of convergence and divergence in the face of factual scenarios, including: access to the systems, substantive issues, remedies and the future of the two systems.
Audience participation is welcome, as are advance questions on issues that audience members would like to see addressed
